Got flight cancelled and needed a place. This place is welcoming and accommodating. They let us use the breakfast room to have a meal after a long day.
Had plenty of amenities for being one of four choices in the town. Was not happy that I did not end up with the king suite like I thought I had rebooked.. but hotel was great. The people at the customer service were great really enjoyed my stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean. Breakfast had several options and fresh fruit. The pool area is clean and the jacuzzi is actually HOT! 4 starts is only because of the tight fit in the room.
This BW plus in Craig, Colorado is the best budget friendly hotel we've ever visited. Everything - the room, the bathroom, the linens, the spa, the swimming pool, the breakfast room - was squeeky clean and polished. The owners/managers can be very proud of their establishment. We had a great time staying there and shall return.
We were pleasantly surprised by their breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was open and the kids had fun. Price was the cheapest we have found on our roadtrip.
Really nice hotel and nice rooms. Staff upgraded me to a suite, very kind of them. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Very few options. Coffee always empty. Hotel is pet friendly but when you take your dog outside there are no waste bags and trash cans in sight. Cleaning staff very friendly but did not into my room without knocking prior to checkout.
One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed at. Many little hospitable touches show their focus on making you feel comfortable and welcome, not extracting every possible nickel. Very impressed.
